Frequently Asked Questions
1. What areas do you service?
We service the Riga City. If you require the service outside of city limits then there will be added a fee because it takes much longer time to go between different clients and We have to pay for the vignette.
2. What are your operating hours?
Our mobile vans operate 7 days a week. Our first available time slot for booking is 07:00 - 09:00, and our last slot is 21:00 - 23:00.
3. How do I pay for the service?
For services, currently we only accept payment in cash before the work begins. For tire purchases from our store, payment is processed online at checkout.
4. Do I need to be present for the service?
Not necessarily! As long as we have access to the vehicle and the keys (including any wheel lock key), you can go about your day. We can arrange for key pickup and drop-off at a secure location.
5. What if my tires have wheel locks (security key)?
It is essential that you have the wheel lock key available for our technician. We cannot perform the service without it. Please check your glove box, trunk, or center console for it before booking our services.
6. Can you repair any flat tire?
We can repair most punctures caused by nails or screws, as long as the puncture is in the main tread area. We cannot repair punctures in the sidewall or shoulder of the tire, as this is unsafe.
7. Do you sell tires?
Yes! You can browse and purchase tires directly from our online Store. If you buy tires from us, we will bring them to your service appointment for installation.
8. How long does a typical service take?
A standard seasonal tire swap for a set of 4 tires usually takes our technicians about 45-75 minutes. Balancing and repairs may add extra time. Our booking slots are 2 hours to include travel time to your location.
9. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
10. What is the "Tire Utilization" fee?
This is a small fee for the eco-friendly disposal and recycling of your old tires. If you are keeping your old tires, this fee does not apply.
